If you are stupid enough to get in a sports car with a teenage drunkard at the wheel you deserve to be in a coma. That's one idiot out of the gene pool, but unfortunately 38490430430490 more to go.

As for the Hogans, they are scum of the Earth and Media Whores. Why should anyone be surprised at their comments or Actions.
Holding onto him is probably profitable for them. They are almost as bad as the Hogans.
I don't shock very easily but I have to say that that video of Graziano left me floored. In all the photos and other videos I've seen of him, none of them showed that he had a hole in his head. I thought all along that he was merely brain damaged, which was bad enough. I had no idea he had incurred such massive head trauma. And, I'm sure the Hogans have been well aware of the terrible state Graziano was left in. How then, could they coddle that little pussy son of theirs and have the nerve to blame the victim and discuss ways of making money off of this tragedy? The fact that their son was whining about not having a window in his cell after seeing this video makes me sick. Someone in jail needs to stick a pacifier in Nick Hogan's mouth, tie him to a fence and beat the living shit out of him.
4:38, I'm sorry, but I'm gonna have to disagree with you on this one. One moment of stupidity in a persons' life doesn't merit a consequence this heinous, IMO. And while I don't totally disagree in regards to his parents "letting him go", I don't think that'll be so easy. This isn't the Terry Schiavo issue--John G is technically NOT brain dead. Shitty situation all around. But if certain PARENTS hadn't given their fucking SEVENTEEN YEAR OLD alcohol in the FIRST place, we wouldn't even be having this conversation. This is so tragic! and quite visually disturbing. Please, the guilt will never come. Matthew Broderick killed two people in Ireland years ago. Now he's married to that horse face hag and the two of them live a perfectly fabulous life. These people break the law, maim, and kill people, and go right on with their shallow. vacuous lives and others get angry when people still bring up their past atrocities.
Are you sure this isn't photoshopped in some way? I can't imagine anyone brain dead or not, still breathing with this much of their brain missing.

That is nothing important. Just morality, personality, your little quirks and habbits.
The important stuff is in the back and deep down - the brain stem. As long as that is intact stuff like breathing, swalloning, heart even some reflexes still work. The heart even has an 'emergency' mode so it doesn't really need a brain to contol it - but you don't want to go there ;)
So he breathes, swallows, his intestines and heart work. Maybe sensory input is still received and processed (looks like it). But the stuff that made him John is gone. Pretty much all of it.
And this makes Nicks little jail time looks like nothing. In a just world he would rot in jail for the next decades to come - or until John starts to speak again. But not only Nick, his parents who supported his antics should be jailed too.
