Dina and Michael Lohan have been in court all day today hashing out the final details of their divorce. The funniest bit is that, in order to establish alimony, Michael has to produce employment records from before his jail stint for DUI. Employment records? Leeching off your teenage daughter isn't an official occupation, so there won't be any records. I suppose it's always possible Lindsay mailed him a W-2 at some point...
Of course, since there were reporters at the courtroom, Michael decided to make a statement. He chose to focus his anger this time at Tony Almeida, the former Lindsay bodyguard who is claiming among other things that Michael used to slap Lindsay around. Said Michael:
Tony is a liar who is out of job and trying to make some money. I do not know what the bodyguard is talking about. He came into our lives when I was out for one year. Tony is a liar. You can ask Lindsay and she will tell you.
We would ask Lindsay Michael, but we're not sure where she is. You wouldn't happen to have her address would you? Oh, that's right, she hates your guts and doesn't want you knowing where she is. Well that's too bad. Sort of funny, you calling someone else an unemployed liar.
In other Lohan divorce news...TMZ reports that Michael has been granted permission to visit his children Ali and Dakota but only under supervision. Every time Michael sees the kids, a Teen Challenge pastor and two lawyers have to be present. Are they there to keep Ali and Dakota from attacking Michael? Might want to have a guard with a can of mace handy instead. A crow-bar too in case you have to pry one of them off.
