Update: Judge Sauer Orders Paris's Butt Back To Jail

Friday, June 08, 2007

Michael Sauer has just sent Paris back to the clink...

Paris was reportedly crying and screaming for her mother as a female deputy "physically escorted" her from the courtroom.

Update: Fox is reporting that Paris will have to serve out the full, original 45 day sentence in Lynwood (minus 5 days for time already served). TMZ editor-in-chief Harvey Levin just told MSNBC that he expects Paris's laywer to file an immediate appeal, and that the appeals court will have the final say in whether Sheriff Lee Baca went outside his jurisdiction in over-ruling Judge Sauer's original order that Paris not be given any form of electronic monitoring.

Fox's Greta Van Susteren says Paris was "shaking, quivering and twitching" in court.

Let me be the 1st to say ROFLMFAO.

The judge's ruling was nothing short of skanktastic!

Now, honey, you have a little time to think about things like KARMA and what a bitch it is.

Judge Sauer is a FILTY ROTTEN COWARD buckling to mob pressure and a publicity seeking county attorney. If there is any justice in this world both these bastards will be run over and crushed by mack trucks while leaving their offices. Hopefully today ! SHAME on your pathetic ass crabbie for being just another member of the disgusting and completely idiotic MOB.

OOOPS, I meant FILTHY ROTTEN COWARD.

Umm the judge just upheld the EXACT SAME sentence he originally gave her. So how the hell is he the one whose a coward buckling to pressure? He's just doing the same thing he ORIGINALLY did!

Maybe you disagree w/ the original sentence but he didn't change anything about it.

Jude Sauer is no coward, in fact the guy has huge immense balls, he stood up to everyone and didn't give a shit about her being a celebrity from the GET GO! He is all about law and order and is just doing his job, which is not what Baca did. So anonymous #2 doesn't know wtf he/she is talking about! I'm laughing my ass off about this, and this will teach all those stupid rich people that they are not above the law, at least, in Judge Sauer's courtroom! LOL!!!

You know what ANONOASS 3:32 and maggiec. You're both just 2 more members of the insane mob and it's pathetic. The judge was afraid of the mob when he made the totally inane decision to jail RICH BITCH PARIS in the first place and he's a STINKING COWARD NOW.

You 2 are classic examples of internet haters who are so jeleous of celebritie that you want to see all of them in jail.

It's the same kind of mob-mentality displayed by you 2 that put Hitler in power.

That doing his job nonsense you spew about is totally crazy. If he'd been doing his job in the first place he never would have put her in jail. Maybe added more community service but definately NOT jail time.

If it had been you or me (I'm assuming neither one of you is Lindsy Lohan) we'd have never seen the inside of a jail.

If it were anyone else they would have to do the time. They wouldn't have been let out in the first place unless they were dying. Can we move on to the next thing please?

Paris tried to wiggle out of her sentence with a bought 'psychatrists'. At first, it worked. But now she has to serve 40 days instead of 23, That is so sweet. Sweet! pure 100% sugar sweet!

I used to like Greta VanSustren, UNTIL I saw her on Fox saying that Paris needs medical attention because she was "shaking and twitching" in the courtroom (Greta said she was standing about 2 feet from her). Why is it just now we are learning that Paris has these "medical problems" ?? What an f-ing joke, I am sure I would twitching like mad in front of a pissed off judge too - it's not like it's a pleasant thing.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
she sure wasn't shaking and twitching when she was at the MTV Movie Awards or whatever show she was at last Sunday night.
i'd be scared as shit too. lots of people are freaked out in front of a judge ... at least people who don't think they are better than the judges.
What's up with the damn sympathy for Paris. If she had sucked it up and served her time and used this as a learning experience I would look at it differently. However, Paris, just like her worthless parents, realy believe that their daughter is above the law. This bitch deserves whatever comes her way. The sentence probably was overkill, but look at it as her payback for some of the cruel things she has done to others.
